Looks like they're a Part of Silver's Lineage, but with a Doctor Strange-Esque Sardonic Attitude due to the Strength their Psychic Abilities. Also seems to be part of some Guild/Tribe due to the Garments

This is so Badass! I don't remember if ya Sell Merch but Jesus this would be an Amazing Poster in a Dark Room lit by Neons and RGBs. It's like a bit of Ralph Bakshi, some OG Mario, and your Style. Helps that me and my Mom are Big Fans of this particular Mario; despite how Long it's actually been since I Played. Anyway the Colors especially Help the already Strong Posing/Character Lock Into their places really well, Contrasting but not Overpowering

The Commissioner said she's a Lamia, the half snake ladies, one of those spikey snakes I don't remember the name of the species.

I'm glad you think it's got a Saturday cartoon feel, I always worry that the "cartoonish" style I've made doesn't look right or just doesn't translate well so I'm glad you think it does!

I spend quite of bit of time changing the palettes so I'm glad it wasn't overbearing.

This is a Great Piece. Like yeah it’s Really Sexy and all but this is a lot of Work. The Posing of each Shot of our Lovely Subject being so Solid while not Skimping Out on Character Detail (I Especially Love The Chains, They’re Oddly Soothing And Very Appealing To Look At), and having Good Panel Layouts on top of all that. Some High-Quality Work Here, just a Bonus that it’s Lewd as Hell~

I Love how Detailed this Piece is while still being Easy on the Eyes, in More Ways than One~ But Seriously, the Lighting on the Subject herself and on the Beautifully Rendered Background. This Art would make for a Lovely Decoration in a Whole Bunch of different Locations; all Framed Up and Snazzy and Shit. Excellent Work Here!
