Looks like they're a Part of Silver's Lineage, but with a Doctor Strange-Esque Sardonic Attitude due to the Strength their Psychic Abilities. Also seems to be part of some Guild/Tribe due to the Garments

This is so Badass! I don't remember if ya Sell Merch but Jesus this would be an Amazing Poster in a Dark Room lit by Neons and RGBs. It's like a bit of Ralph Bakshi, some OG Mario, and your Style. Helps that me and my Mom are Big Fans of this particular Mario; despite how Long it's actually been since I Played. Anyway the Colors especially Help the already Strong Posing/Character Lock Into their places really well, Contrasting but not Overpowering

I'm Honestly not sure of the Species, but this Design is Badass! Feels very Saturday Morning Cartoonish to me, and not in a Cheap Way

The Commissioner said she's a Lamia, the half snake ladies, one of those spikey snakes I don't remember the name of the species.

I'm glad you think it's got a Saturday cartoon feel, I always worry that the "cartoonish" style I've made doesn't look right or just doesn't translate well so I'm glad you think it does!

This is so Slick, it'd make for a Great Tattoo or Decal. Nicely Done, the Lighting/Shading/Coloring Especially brings the Whole Piece together. As well as your take on Sonic Character Design
